Dungeness RNLI lifeboat assists fishing vessel struggling with fouled propellor and rudder in rough seas.

The RNLI lifeboat was tasked on Tuesday 16 October at 16.45 hours to assist the 10m local fishing vessel 'Annallusion' whose propellor and rudder were fouled, half a mile south west of Dungeness Point. Once on scene the lifeboat secured a rope and towed the casualty back to its berth on Dungeness Beach. Coxswain Stuart Adams said " the casualty did exactly the right thing by calling us out due to the rough weather conditions'
